In bars, thick soundproof walls and numerous private rooms often lead to poor mobile signals and frequent disconnections. Therefore, it’s essential to plan for signal coverage during the initial stages of bar renovation.

Lintratek 35F-GDW Mobile Signal Booster and Its Coverage Solution
Full signal strength for 1000 mobile devices, seamless internet connectivity, and customizable frequency bands!
The Project of Cell signal booster and signal coverage
Project Location: Zhoukou City, Henan Province, China
Coverage Area: 1000㎡
Project Type: Commercial
Project Overview: During the bar renovation, various ceiling and soundproofing structures were installed. The numerous and complex private room walls further hinder signal propagation.
Customer Requirements: The bar requires full coverage for private rooms, corridors, restrooms, and the stage, supporting up to 1000 mobile devices simultaneously and covering all three major mobile operators.

Project Details
While the bar was still under renovation, project manager Martin Liu noticed that his phone always lost signal whenever he entered the bar. The renovation included soundproofing measures, such as using vibration-damping pads, composite soundproof boards for walls, and elastic ceilings, which provided excellent sound insulation but significantly obstructed mobile signal transmission.
Outdoor-log-periodic antenna
Martin Liu learned about professional mobile signal coverage solutions from the Lintratek website and contacted us. After an assessment by Lintratek’s professional engineers, the following solution was developed:
Given the bar’s extensive wiring requirements, the engineers selected the 35F-GDW wireless repeater (a high-power mobile signal booster). The high-power main unit compensates for signal loss over long distances and supports simultaneous enhancement of three frequency bands. The setup includes log-periodic antennas, ceiling-mounted antennas, and wall-mounted antennas.
The Lintratek 35F-GDW mobile signal booster is designed with uplink and downlink frequency distribution to prevent signal transmission congestion, easily supporting simultaneous internet use for 1000 people. It supports customizable frequency bands, accommodating 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G frequencies worldwide, ensuring optimal coverage.
1. Outdoor Receiving Antenna Installation:
Find a location outdoors with a good signal source (3 bars or more). Install the log-periodic antenna with the arrow pointing upwards and parallel to the ground, directed towards the base station.
2. Indoor Dispersion Antenna Installation:
Considering the bar’s layout, two wall-mounted antennas are used to cover the stage area, and ceiling-mounted antennas are used to cover private rooms and restrooms. (Specific installation details depend on the specific scenario.)

3. After ensuring all components are connected and the connectors are secure, connect the booster to the power supply.
4. Signal Testing:
After installation, use the “CellularZ” app to test the signal in various areas of the bar. The image below shows signal values for China Telecom, China Unicom, and China Mobile, indicating very smooth coverage!
(RSRP is the standard measure for signal strength. Generally, values above -80 dBm indicate excellent signal, while values below -110 dBm indicate poor or no signal.)
The mobile signal test
The bar’s coverage is excellent, with very smooth signal reception for all three major operators! Martin Liu has decided to entrust the signal coverage project for the second-floor KTV to the Lintratek team as well. Great products and services are the best testimonials!
