The project is located in a highway tunnel in Zhangzhou City, Fujian Province. The tunnel is currently under construction. To ensure the safety of construction workers in the tunnel, mobile phone signals must be kept open. For this reason, signal services within the tunnel must be activated first. Our company is a professional signal coverage engineering company, and it is our mission to solve signal blind spots. The tunnel construction team contacted our professional signal coverage team to provide suggestions for solving the signal coverage in the tunnel.
It is understood that the length of the tunnel is now being dug and about 400 meters in both directions need to be covered by mobile phone signal. To this end, we design a towed optical fiber repeater for signal coverage. In the early stage, the signal source was investigated at the tunnel entrance, the frequency bands were GSM900 and DCS1800, and a set of 5W analog dual-frequency GD optical fiber repeater was adopted.
On-Site Installation
A large logarithmic periodic antenna is used outside the cave entrance to receive the signal source signal and enters the optical fiber near-end unit for measurement at the cave entrance;
The near-end machine transmits to the fiber-optic remote machine in the tunnel through optical fiber lines;
The output of the remote machine is connected to the large plate-shaped transmitting antenna
installed in the left and right tunnels for signal transmission.
After installation, the signals of the three networks are full, making phone calls and short videos very smooth!
